The juveniles, ages 14, 14 and 15 were the subject of an investigation into recent thefts of and from motor vehicles in the north end of Stratford, police said. 

The car was stolen on Tuesday, Feb. 4 in Stratford and the three were charged on Saturday, Feb. 8, police said.

Two attend Bunnell High School and the other attends the Boys and Girls Village in Milford, according to police.

The teens were charged with larceny and conspiracy, and they were released to parents or guardians. The operator of the car was also charged with driving without a license.
